Wash all vegetables and pat dry with a paper towel
Slice all vegetables lengthwise
Tear approximately ten (10) individual sheets of aluminum foil 12 inches in length
Fold each piece of aluminum foil in half
Place equal amounts of vegetables on each piece of doubled aluminum foil
Season each packet with seasoning salt and pepper to taste
Add ½ teaspoon of crused red pepper flakes to each pocket
Drizzle italian salad dressing over all of the vegetables
Fold the aluminum foil to close and close on both ends
Place on a hot grill
Remove from grill after 30 minutes
Check for tenderness, if not the desired tenderness close the pocket and place back on the grill until done
You may add butter after pockets are taken off of the grill
Makes approximately 10 servings
